1. Acceptance of Terms

eejl org reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
Members using eejl org agree to the following conduct requirements at all times:
- You will use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You will not attempt to access, manipulate, or interfere with any part of the platform's systems, software, or data.

5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on eejl org — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Members are responsible for ensuring they use supported payment channels and follow the deposit and withdrawal procedures outlined on the platform.
Deposits are generally credited to member accounts upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. eejl org is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or issues with GCash, Maya, or other local payment services outside our direct control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are disclosed in the platform's help resources. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there are outstanding verification requirements or if the account is under review for suspected policy violations.
Members must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Use of third-party payment accounts is not permitted. Any funds deposited through payment methods not matching the account holder's identity may be subject to reversal or further verification.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
eejl org provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or external factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eejl org shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including but not limited to losses from gaming outcomes, system downtime, or payment processing delays.
eejl org does not guarantee any specific outcome for any bet, game, or promotion. All gaming activity involves financial risk, and members are solely responsible for their own decisions and the amounts they choose to wager. 7. Account Suspension and Closure
eejl org reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account without prior notice if we determine that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or in any manner that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other members.
Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: provision of false registration information, multiple account creation, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment methods, abusive behavior, or failure to complete required verification.
Members wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may contact support. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to verification requirements. eejl org may retain certain account data after closure in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
8. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property. All content on the eejl org platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, and game content — is the property of eejl org or its licensed content providers. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
